Hold the multihaler by the base and open the mouth piece cover. Slide the knob until you a hear a click. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and breath in deeply. Remove the multihaler and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.
